no the car will eventually die if i let go of the clutch but gas goes into it automatically. is this suppose to happen. this happens when i am on a regular grown with no lumps or nothing. i thought that the car only rolls if i put punch in a little gas into it unless its on a steep downhill or uphill.

meh, the downsides of the Si's DBW system are defiantly not worth the ability to move w/o the accelerator (rev hang and throttle lag, very annoying)

Honestly if I could take it out and put in an old style cable throttle easily I would.

honda_eg, sounds like the idle is set too high. and it could for any of the reasons we all have mentioned (except the whole drive-by-wire thing. that does not apply to you). Get the sensors checked out and get the car tuned up. But with all the issues you have with this car, I stand by my earlier advice: check out the Lemon laws. It will be a lot easier on you if you just dump this car and replace it with something better. I've never dealt with a Lemon (except the one I meant to buy), so I don't know exactly how it all works. still, it's worth checking out.
