Want to add a intake to a 92 EG6. will this increase or decrease my MPG?

EG6 is ALL STOCK.

Increase, as long as you keep your foot out of it. It'll sound better so you'll want to floor it everywhere you go.

it can increase your mpg between 1-3 mpgs .. depending on what u drive how u drive and what intake...

I was thinking of either getting AEM or Mugen.

theoretically you could increase it, but most of the increase probably comes from the fact that you have a clean air filter. However, most people end up driving their cars harder due to the sound and MPGs actually decrease.

Actually they are the sole legit mugen supplier...right?

And as for mpg...I have a heavy foot...

Got 38 when stock

Getting 38.5-39 with intake, header and catback...

Still got the heavy foot though

To increase mpgs it honestly helps if you go to Autozone or Advanced Auto Parts and buy some fuel injector cleaner that you poor in your gas especially if your car has a lot of miles

the car is a 92 CX Hatchback with 122,771 miles on the car.

so as i read Mugen is the way to go right?

because i was looking at the AEM V2 intake and it looks nice and states a +6.5 HP and +7.4 lbft.

so...
