Mugen's good, but it's really expensive. Go for AEM.
To be honest, just changing the air filter with a high flow or cone filter will add all the power and mpg you want. The tube is really there to look pretty. The intake adds/descriptions all say they take in cold air, but so does your stock intake. If you look at it, it has a snorkel that comes in through the front bumper. that snorkel will be exactly where your new intake filter will go. The major difference is that the filter is better, and the tubing may be a bit bigger. The filter is 90% of what you need, so save the cash and just do that. Never heard of it. That may actually work, b/c it uses 2 fans which should compress the air and add more. Theoretically, it could add enough air to make the same power with less gas, and not run too lean. The 'tornado' at Pep Boys and Advance Auto parts is the same idea, but only uses one fan.
