What are the issues running different radius tires front and rear? Will an ABS system sense the difference? Is anyone running larger dia wheels in the rear, and has it changed the handing? I like the old-rod look with larger whells in the rear.

unless you are running RWD or maybe AWD, or have oversteer problems it is pretty worthless and a waste of money IMO.
You can no longer rotate your tires, and if you have understeer it will increase it, which means for the majority of FWD cars it is worthless / makes the car less balanced.

For the basic fit there probably is no advantage to a staggered setup, I'd say go as wide as you can go without it looking weird or having rubbing issues with all four for the best traction.
