Holy @$&*! My old Civic gets 35 and runs poorly, which is cool....are you sure you're doing it right??? Please don't tell me it takes you an hour to get 0to 60. I knew a guy who did that so he could afford cigarettes...drove me crazy!

Are you talking city??? My '84 gets 20 when I autocross only, cuz I keep it up about 7 grand, but even it gets 30 in the city. Yipes, I couldn't afford that with gas here still at $3.

lol, most of my trips are like 1-2 miles
the rest are autocross and mountain runs If I need to use the highway I use the accord, if I'm doing some long back road driving I use the s2000, if I need to haul stuff I use the oddysey so, yeah, the Si is basically there for short trips, commuting (which is 2 miles, + 20 minutes of traffic, 2000 students + 1 entrance / exit FTL) and course duty, gas cost isn't that bad because when you only drive a few miles at 18mpg you still don't use up gas that quickly I swear though, this car just eats stuff, the front tires are half gone at 3k, and oil life drops to nothing in about half the time the manual says it should. but when you factor in how those miles are made, its really not that bad, because so few miles are put on the car overall the costs aren't that bad. oh yeah, btw, did I mention the Si takes premium only? thankfully I'm planning to be a pertoleum engineer some day, so I may get a discount ![]()

Hello Curve_Hugger: I have been using a powder in my gas tank every time I fill up. I've been using it for over a year (23,000+ miles) and consitently get 25+% increase in mpg. It also reduces emissions. And you will be pleased to know that performance is improved. I live in the mountains of western NC and I no longer have to gear down as much when I drive up these hills and it it is much easier to maintain speeds on the straight away. No, I don't creep to save money for cigs (Idon't smoke) but I'm not a drag racer either. I do drive the speed limit and try to hold my upper limit to 70. On the interstate, I get 49.5 mpg. Check out the product at: mygreenmpg.mybpi.com. The product costs .06 a gallon wholesale. Orus

Hey King: Whether you drive your Honda hard or gentle you'll see a difference with BioPerformance Mileage/Emissions Improver. I've been using the powder every time I fill up for 23,000+ miles and consistently get a 25+% increase in mpg, that's a 75+ cents savings with every gallon of gas I buy! And my car's performance has improved, so it will be easier for you to drive your Prelude hard. The powder costs .06 cents a gallon wholesale. Check it our on my website: mygreenmpg.mybpi.com. Orus
PS I'm a moderate driver. It's hard to say how your driving will effect the % increase - you'll just have to try it and see. |

My only first hand experience is with my Honda Civic, which uses regular, but with the powder I get a 25+% increase in mpg which is almost a dollar savings with every gallon I buy. Every car and driver are different so there's no predicting what you would get with your car - try it and see for yourself. It's .06 cents a gallon wholesale. mygreenmpg.mybpi.com Good luck!
