Get a compression test done on your engine. Is the car chugging/engine shaking? If so you may have a problem with one of your piston rings.

Yep...white and then blue smoke=rings!

White vapor=head gasket!

White smoke points to a head gasket, I had that on my Toyota truck, then my oil turned into cream, so yeah, that messed my whole engine up, hence why the truck is now sitting on the road, with a For Sale sign on it. Fix it ASAP.

if it is reving it could also be AIC (air intake valve) I just had the same problem with my 91 accord.. They are not cheap new either($248) I got my from a junkyard here for 3 dollars. But it fixed my problem. But the smoke out the rear is definitely the rings. or you have a stuck valve.. best of luck with it bro. Hope it all works out for ya.

check compression first, if its normal perform a leakdown test. while in the leekdown test you will here where the leak is it. if you can here the air comming though your dipstick, guess what you got bad rings, if not you dont. White smoke generaly points to water or coolant burning, where blue points mostly to fuel and a black with a creamy smell points to oil. smell your exhaust while its smoking(if possible) if it smell sulfurish take it back and change the head gasket. alot of (not saying you went to one) shops use subpar equipment, and often forget to shave the head. if replacing the head gasket dont forget to break it in just like a cam (2300 rpms for 10 minutes) and then retorque it down. Im putting my bets on a head gasket.
