By swaping an engine does that mean you have to change the trim packaging? Example- By swaping the engine in a stock ex to a vtec DOHC, does that mean they car would be an Si? With swappng the the engine, when you have to buy something for the car to you say it is a Si or an Ex with a vtec engine?

The wil be up to you.
If you sell it privately some people might pay you more money for the swap. If you trade it to a dealer, the car is and always will be an EX with a swap. (All that information its located in the VIN# and you CANNOT change your VIN that will be ilegal)As far as I know you don't have to change the badging of the car unless you want to. |
