accord and prelude both have backup knobs for the headlights, they're next to the headlights. it is possible that the headlight motors shorted out and have to replace the or check all connections. the motors go bad with no warning. but the back up is manual to raise the lights so do get pissed yet

the reason you cant find a fuse is that there is no fuse...they work off of a relay. It is rare for both motors to go out at the same time. if they just all of a sudden quit moving replace the relay.

thanks alot. i just gotta get the new battery wires hooked up right. then i can test to see if the headlights are working. because i think that the old wires were messed up and thats probley why the headlights werent workin. the problem was wierd....whenever i hooked up the battery to the old wires the front right runner light came onas soon as i hooked it up. and i couldnt get it to go off. the keys werent even in the ignition! the headlights and fog lights worked when i pushed the button but the headlights didnt pop up. none of the interior lights worked at all. the brake lights worked the blinkers didnt. so i figured it was the wires that needed replaced. so i bought them but i think i need leads for both of them. when i get that done i'll update this and get some help from u guys. im kinda new with honda's but i think they should be pretty easy. im kinda a mitsubishi guy.(
) help is much appreciated. thanx.-Broken |
