Holly crap......What a couple of weeks...I left Jan 17 for a 14 day road trip to Florida....The Integra ran great the whole way down...of course it was nice weather when I left I was thinking of putting on the summer rubber for the trip but I glad I didn't when I saw what I came back to......
Anyways getting off topic went to Miami was driving down the strip when I smell a sweet sweet smell......if anyone has had any problems we've all had rad problems......well it must have been too hot down there or some thing cause sure enough my rad was leaking coolant.....what kind of a vacation is this going to be... 500 dollars later and only one hour of labour I had a new rad and we were back on the road......well I didn't let it ruin my trip, I still had a blast and luckly I caught the problem before it was major....I just sucks that I could have easily done it my self if I was at home....Oh well.... Thats all I had to do to the car and I'm sure glad I left the winter rims and rubber on.... |

Good reaction,it shows how well you know your car. I can also tell when something is not right in my car.
One time I was coming home from a date and my clutch fluid drained out through a leak and i was clutchless. I manually pulled the clutch out and tried not to stop all the way home. I parked the car and the next day installed a new master cylinder. Imagine if it would've went wrong in the middle of the date. |
