I painted my stock 15" 98 Accord rims in about two hours. I took two off at a time, scuffed with 320 grit,
cleaned with acetone,
sprayed primer & checked for fastness,
painted with a gunmetal metallic. Afew coats later it was done!
Cleared all of afterwards for durability and haven't had any problems yet! It's quick, easy, and cheap. Doesn't look bad either.

Looks even better now that all four calipers are red
