Default After market head lights

Hello people,

I'm pretty new here and was lookin to get some advice on a furture purchase.
I have a 92 civiv si hatchback and i was lookin to buy some angel headlights.

The ones that i saw were on ebay:

eBay.ca:

eBay.ca: 92-95 HONDA CIVIC 2/3DR BLACK HALO PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS (item 200048837573 end time 20-Nov-06 13:35:38 EST)

What do you think? Also, for those of you who don't trust ebay due to potential quality issues, do any of you know where i would be able to go and purchase a good set?

As for the quality of the ones in the link, does anyone know how durable they are, or how long the life expectancy is?

Your best thing to do is to contact the seller and ask him if it comes with a DOT compliance card or certificate. It is a document that states the lights have been tested and passed a federal guidlines and regulations.

If he has it...then good! If not, find some other ones cause the tickets for illegal lights in Georgia is $175

And that is per light!!! You may never get stop and checked but if you do one time...boy what a costly error!!!

You have to have a card? What if the lens cover is stamped with DOT?
Most angel eyes come w/ H1 bulbs... I am assuming that is a completly diff. plug then 9006.

The card makes everything legal...georgia doesnt recognize anything on the lamps...thier idea is no card...no legal!

It may be different in other states but if they have them or know what you are asking for when you talk to them then thay are a good/legal brand.

As for angeleyes...TYC's all come with compliance cards and they are a good brand...just be sure to buy from a certified dealer...they will not honor a warranty from an uncertified reseller...know from experience!
