Default Brightest Bulbs

What are the brightest non-hid bulbs that are available and street legal?

So far I've heard that the PIAAs are, but they are $40 a bulb

I've also heard good things about silverstar, but I've also heard its just hype

so who really has the brightest bulbs, and at what cost

I find Silver Stars are hella bright. If not going with HID's they have my vote. Your still looking at 40 bucks a set though.

Because it's an accord.

I have no clue about the high beams, just that they aren't HID's

Possibly. Go to your auto parts store and read up from the back of the package.

Hey members,
I'm the new guy, just curious, I have a set of angel eyes for a honda civic and what I noticed is that my angel bulbs are too dull, apparently you cannot change the bulbs in the angel eyes, is this true???

by the angel bulbs do you mean the CCs or LEDs around the lights, or the actual lights that light up the road?

Look behind the head light for a bulb clip (most Honda's are turn and pull style) and if you can get it out take the bulb to your parts store and get a new one. If not then you may be SOL. I'm sure you can get a new bulb though.

Nokya makes some good bulbs. Ive got a set in my civic. Not only do they put out alot of light, they kinda give a HID look too.
