I have the SILVERSTAR ULTRAS andI think that they are bright for the price they only cost $50. I think they are your best bet if you dont want to spend a lot of money.

How long have you had them? I've heard they are bright but have reliability issues.

The phillips x-treme power are supposidly the brightest, but I can't find them.

I just put HIDs in my new 06 civic and i love them there 4,300k oem color so the police can't tell the difference, but if you want to stick with reguler bulbs i would go with salvaina silver stars they are 4,000k and they are i think 55 watts. witch isn't to much wattage. and ya they run about $40 a pare. but don't forge that when you go up in watt the life of the lights are going to be shorter.

I found some good lights for Accords a while back...however, they were not 9006. I swapped out the stock headlights for the 'JDM' style headlights(yes, I didn't buy the 800 dollar ones, but still paid 300). I think they take a H3 bulb now...but anyway...I need to go back and look at the box (still in the trunk), but I think the name was J-SpecR. They are bright, HID look, and THEY LAST! I have gone through many brands of lights...and it kills me when I've spent all this money, followed the precautions (wiping with alcohol pad)...and then they blow 4 months later. I've had these for over a year or two!

he means $250 with a 2 year warranty

but damn, 12k, what color is that

I was looking at the silverstars for my Si, but have heard about poor reliability, coupled with the fact I don't know how to change my own lightbulbs
