Default toshiba v-2 bulbs? info?

does anyone know what voltage they are?
the little resistor that changes the intensity of the light while using your driving lights at night broke, and i have some gay little led's stuck to my dash right now so i can see but i was wondering if i could just hook up a 12v line to them and run them off a switch.
i dont know how pricy the bulbs are so i thought i would post here before trying to blow up my guage cluster.
any tips or tricks as to how i can solve my problem would be greatly appreciated.

Toshiba V-2 is the plastic socket. #74 type automotive bulbs fit in the Toshiba V-2 twist base socket. Carefully pull the bulb out. I had to use plyers covered by a paper towel (to gently pull it out) Don't crush the bulb or you'll have to get a new plastic socket.
