well if it is between the tint and glass you are pretty much....

get you local phone book and look up glass contractors...not automotive but commercial buildings...the guy that used to do our office with one way and security tints had this stuff that would dissolve paint but wouldnt harm tint film...

its high...about $40 for a small bottle...but it removed blood and paint without damaging the security tint in my office.

oh and before anyone wonders...a painter fell and cracked his head on the sash while repainting my office...

i didnt go postal an one of my employees!

ive heard dish soap works, give that a shot, if it doesnt, try vinegar
