Default How Do You Apply Touch Up Paint

i have scratches on my car and i wanna apply the lil bottle of touch up paint but i dont wanna mess up. i cant understand the directions cuz im boater.

How Do You Apply Touch Up Paint

...very carefully!

Actually first wash the car very well. Then take a very mild sanding agent like a course rubber eraser and smooth out the edges of the scratch. Then take a little rubbing alcohol to remove all residue and clean the surface. then you simply take a very steady hand and slowly brush in on the scratch...or if it is a fine one use the pen side.

then once it is good and dry then sand it smooth and cover it with clearcoat.

remember you can not really go with too high a grit of sanding materials...if you can find 1000 or higher...use it!!!

the smoother the sanding and the more attention to detail the way better it will look...my ferio was scratched to hell and back when i got her...now you can only see where i fixed two of the two dozen or so...they were my practice ones!
