How does one clean the other side of the wheel? The open space that resides under the rotor when your looking from the shiny outside wheel in.

Are there brushes that will reach in there? I hope the only way is not to take my entire wheel/tyre off?

well, if you want to get your rims thoroughly clean on the inside, that'll be your best bet. i have factory rims, but if i had any amount of money invested in shoes, i would definately remove them.
