Its been cold here, so I'm getting tired of washing my car by hand, but the roads make the car get dirty so quickly I find myself wanting to wash it every other day. I went to the car wash the other day and I was wondering if all the high pressure water, soap, wax, and stuff is bad for the paint?
and I was thinking about carrying an asorber with me when I go, any other suggestions for drying? The "no spot rinse" thing is a joke. btw, does that wax stuff at the car wash really work? oh, and I never even thought of using the automatic ones

What if a cement truck was the vehicle before you in the booth? I suggest waiting and doing it by hand. A clean car isn't that important. It took me a very long time to figure that out. Also, that wax does not really work for more than a few hours.
