Default Installed K&N filter

I swapped the stock air filter for the K&N, which is supposed to give it 2-5 hp more.

It does make a small but noticeable difference. It was really easy to do and it seems safe as far as the warrantee.

Anyone else do this? WHat did you think?

K&N + stock air box is the way to go if you don't wanna rish hydrolock. It's the best improvement over stock FOR THE DOLLAR (not over all) in the S2000.

In the s2k spoon thinks that a filter is better than a CAI

If I remember right the Spoon filter is as expensive as a CAI

Spoon offers a snorkle than goes into the front of the bumper and into the stock air box. I think youre refering to that.

Hmm. Does Spoon make anything for the Si? I think HOnda already has a type coming down from the airbox-their version of a CAI. Interesting!

This car has become so much fun to drive, especially on the parkway!
