Depends on what you want. Is this a race car or a show car? I'd go for a lightweight 15", but make sure they fit over your brakes if you upgrade.

i got 17s they look all right but when i race it is something i dont need and want. so if for loks 17 but for racing less

depending if your planning on up grading your brakes to bigger brakes you will need 17's, but if your just going to just get better brakes just get 16's

Not always. Brembo has printouts of their brake kits so you can glue them to cardboard and stick them in wheels to see if they fit. Although you really don't need bigger brakes unless you're racing. Pads, lines, and rotors will do most people fine.
