Default ITB for D series

I have been looking around lately for an ITB kit for the d series engines and i have come up only with universal kits. Does anyone know who is offering the kits for the d series or are there none. I have seen a lot of DIY kits but nothing i want to try. Please let me and everyone else interested know and get the web address too please.

If anyone does not know what ITB stands for it is Individual Throttle Bodies. Just to help you help me!

ITB's don't really give that much bang for their buck and it is havic on the motor internally because of all the bad air going in. You can try to google different words and see what you come up with or possibly call a major retailer and see if they know anything.

i tried all the words i can think of...and i had a feeling i would have to call. For now i have the Skunk2 intake manifold and the BBK 62mm throttle body. I like this set up but i had a friend who customized a set of ITB on his D16 and it has really nice throttle responce, plus it sounds gnarly.

that is true but being in the back of the engine the chances are slim but possible. I think he put some little filters on there now just to make sure it doesn't happen.

For the D series home made ITBs are the only way, and make sure you have a good tuner and EMS (hondata, AEM) and some Coin for the dyno time b/c its a major pain in the arse. for the money and time i wish I had just gotten a turbo kit, easier and more power. If your hell bent on NA power go B series.

Toda makes race spec itb's for the d-series but they are for fully built motors only. plus the ecu needs mods and extensive tuning to set the tps right, so if you plan on going all motor d then check out Toda. here is a link from hondaswap.com to further help your quest...... http://hondaswap.com/engine-building...-bodies-11075/
