What do you think is the best friction material for brake pads? Carbon-Metallic, Ceramic, etc etc.....

carbon is expensive, and wears quicker.. To get maximum performance out of them you'd need upgraded rotors. I'd say ceramic is best for every day use. They squeel sometimes though.

Full ceramic will eat your rotors. I suggest semi-metallic.

carbon metallic are one of the best and some auto shopps have the cheap version of this...I know Kragen does.

i use the green hawks and have had no problems at all!!
