There Is Only One Question That I Think About Every Day, When I Am Working On My Car .and That Is What Is Better On The B-series. Civic's B-series That Is All Motor With V-tec, Or Is The B-series Better Of With A Turbo. I Just Want To Know What You People Think?

Well, IMHO, It's all about what you are after. For starters, I would not recommend putting a turbo on a VTEC motor. If you are gonna do turbo, then use the LS motor. The effects of the VTEC are going to be drownd out by the spooling of the turbo. I have played with each.
If you are looking to just build a fast N/A, then I would go with the LS/VTEC without a doubt. But if you are looking to boost, go with the LS. As far as what is better, N/A or boost? This question will have a different answer for every person that answers it.

For b series motors, your best option to make any kind of power would be turbo and f/i cams. B series jsut dont make enough power with simple bolt ons and the money you spend on an old motor b series you could have your self a car twice as fast with a turbo.
I agree and disagree with the turbo vtec theory. If your not going to do any computer ecu modifications, then yes, ls or b20 is the way to go. However, if you smooth out the vtec dip/curve in hp and torque, turbo should be fine.

an easy answer to the question would be, na is more reliable. Turbo can over heat a lot of components and damage the internals to the engine. If you go boost then make sure the internals of the engine are strong or ungraded over stock. Everyone will have their own opinion on this matter it is like the old arguement of turbo of supercharger? Just to let you know a b series engine is nice with the v-tec but with a turbo it is like v-tec on steriods.
