Default Whenever it rains my car will not start

I have a Honda Civic EX 2000. There have been no serious problems to drive except on a rainy days. I got the ignition changed and the ignition coal changed, as well as the spark plugs. But that still hasn't repaired the issue. Electiricity parts are good enough to turn on head light, radio etc. As soon as the car dries the problem is resolved and the car starts up just fine.
I need some advice possible cause of this issue.
Please help.
Thanks,

Nadia

It is possible that the distributor is getting wet due to bad hood gaskets or no splash shields.

I agree w/ Primetime, you might want to check for moisture under your distributor cap.

maybe I am wrong... but it could be the thermostat in your water pump. remove it see if it works. if im not wrong that did it for a friend of mine.
