I think honda is trying to trick other car makers into thinking theyre going to build this monstrosity. Then when the time comes, it will be the sickest civic ever but if they do go with the prius/ford focus, I will hate it

i heard that when they were making the new civic toyota backed their corrola cuz they found out how good the civic is gonna be and that corrola wouldnt have anychances

for me it looks like one too but supposibly its a civic so idk maybe its just a marketing thing so other companies dont know what theyre doing

The prius has something like a 3 month waiting list. The 08 Civic has a 21 day reserve and the Civic hybrid has a 3 day reserve. There is a hybrid market fear based or not

well i know when there was a new civic in europe and you wanted new civic u had to wait 8 MONTHS for it

I think R&T has been had. Look closely: the rear end and side profiles exactly match the Prius they also have there. I think that what these shots are of is the next Prius (which is due for an update soon). Yes, the car does have a slightly Civic-esque front end, and those do look like Honda "H" badges under the vinyl. Remember, that you can't see those badges. When they camoflauge the cars, they tend to slip bits of foam under them to fool photgraphers (I saw a sedan that had it's rear covered in styrofoam to look like a station wagon). I think they did that here, the body style is too close to the Prius for it to be a Honda. Besides, I thought Honda already had it's hand set on the CR-Z.
