The engine will fit (they're pretty much the same block). I don't think you need mounts. The trans mission will work, but the ratios from the K24 will be better suited for it's power band. The K20's ratios are too short. You will need a mechanical throttle body. Take it from the '02-'07 Accord. Use the K24 ECU. That should be obvious. You don;t need a K-Pro, but if you want tpo buy one it wouldn't hurt. Engine parts should obviously be for the engine you have. Except for exhaust. Make sure you get a header and exhaust system that fit your car. If you already have an aftermarket exhaust, that will work. Make sure you have a header that bolts to the engine, but is bent to fit the Civic sheetmetal.
If you want to go the way of the K24, buy an entire Accord engine (it's cheaper) and then swap on the K20A2 head (RSX-S). This is the best Honda motor out there and it's easier to build outside the car. This will need a custom reflash or a K-Pro. Reflash will be easier.

9500 is not safe at all. To raise the rev limit, you will have to do the following: replace the valves, valve springs, and retainers with titanium parts so that they can physically move that quickly, and reprogram the ECU to accept that higher rev limit. You will probably also need to replace most of the internals with lighter parts so they too can move quickly enough. 8000 RPM is pretty high anyway (higher than the current S2K), so be happy with it.
A junkyard will have a K20 transmission. If they have an RSX to take it from. If you find a new Civic Si while you are searching, you can even get an LSD.
