He brings up a VERY good and important point. Any swap is going to run you $$$, and you'll definatly run into something you didn't plan on. If your planning on going n/a, I'd say b18c5, that's pretty much what their made for. Hi-revving, great powerplants. Throw some ITB's on it and 15k later it'll be a beast.

dude i have travled the all motor D series path before, its not worth it...dear god...i spent about 5 g's just on my D16...had all the good ****..made 163 whp...ITB's.. AEM EMS..full head work done Hi comp pistons ect. ect.... not to mention all the time and effort I spent busting my arse. I decided F* it...and got a JDM B18C motor stuffed some CTR cams and CTR N1 pully and a Skunk intake mani and a ITR headder with Apexi N1 exhaust and im makeing the same power but, i havent even tapped the potential of this motor, the D was maxed out (for streetable applications). Any way you face it the B series is a better engine
