I had a situation on my 93 accord on the left side for some reason the axle was never popped in completelly so it kept sliding around and eventually popped out while driving , it did this again after having a local shop put another one in , so i decided to do the next one myself apon taking out the axle I realized the morons didnt put it in all the way so once i replaced it myself i made sure i fealt the axle almost POP into place , its been fine ever since, that was a year ago now ... dont know if this will help you but some little things can be sooo annoying good luck ....
