A RSX-S kit will not work on the new Si, the ECU is different, the throttle is DBW, and the engine bay is different.

The main difference is the casting of the block which fits the Civic engine mounts and not the RSX. Also the tranny is different in the Z (has an LSD). Wait before the warranty on teh car expires before you turbo though, since the dealership won't touch it when you do.
That vehicle ran a k-pro with a piggy back Fit ECU and Hondata said that they will not offer that setup to the public, especially since it requires a lot of modifications.

Right now there are some FI kits available with a reflash, and the S/C kits seem pretty reliable, however the turbo kits still have issues, especially with stalling when in neutral.

This is where I read the K20/Fit swap (which was done by HASport):

2007 Honda Fit K20 Install - Sport Compact Car Magazine

When you read this, it will make more sense. Hondata won't offer the jumper harness (unless demand is high enough), but they should be offering the K-Pro for the Civic Si. The engine they used in the swap was an '06 Si engine. The engine ran fine on the K-Pro, but the dash didn't work, which is why they needed the Fit's ECU. So Hondata has the code cracked, but they just don't have it for sale yet.

The TSX had this problem for years too, looks like the kpro is possible then, but not unless you are willing to give up a lot. If you are interested in it I would recommend emailing Hondata, although I thought they still didn't know how to beat the immobilizer.

However running the Si engine in the Si won't end up with the same problems. The reason the Fit dash didn't work was because the Fit and Civic use different ECU calls to get the info to the dash (part of that article). I looked up Hondata's site and they still don't have a K-Pro ready for the new Si. So there still is some problem with running everything together, and whatever it is, Hondata probably won't tell.

To be particular it says

"Hondata or HASport may have harnesses for both K-*Pro and modified Fit ECU, which allows Fit dash to function"

May is a big word when it comes to swap's...

This one I have followed closely...cause in 5 years and 8 months I am gonna do this!

Also TJ tends to be the on site guru for engine managment...I would trust him explicitly!

The thing is over at the 8th gen civic forum we have talked to Hondata a lot, especially after they became pretty active for a bit to get rid of rumors (ipro ), and they told us that the k20z3 ECU is very different, with over 1 million lines of code, and apparently the new DBW throttle with new immobilizer, with several other problems have made it hard to crack this car. Latest I heard (about a month ago) we are about a year away.

AT engine swap, interesting, I don't know much about that one.

I don't think kpro supports any automatic transmission models. Even if it did the only AT k20 motors I can think of off the top of my head are the ones in the base RSX, which aren't that great. Although the AT TSX has a pretty good motor, as does the RDX.

What about FI?
