Default ok i drive dx

i drive a dx and im not ready for an engine swap yet... after i get the catback what should i do next...whats would be another good engine mod?

Hey it's alright...don't be ashamed of the D...I'm still rollin mine...anyways I think you should get a new intake next if your going NA...

i got the intake but does anyone know if u can turn sohc to dohc

No D series motor parts are interchangeable. You cannot make a SOHC A DOHC. You can make a sohc a dohc if you had an f23 from an accord, and put an H22 dohc vtec head on it, with special modifications... thats the only know sohc to dohc.

If you want power out of the D.. it depends on which D you have... is your motor a 1.5 or a 1.6.. you could swap a jdm d15 head on there for some power. Do basic bolt ons.. intake, header, exhaust, high flow cat. TUNING is super important too! GET TUNED, NOT SOME **** EBAY CHIP

i have a 1.6 d176y7...could i switch heads of a d16y8...what woudl that do?

What kind of supension set up do you have? Can't go wrong working on that while you save for a swap.

switchin to the d16y8 head will give u alil bump in power, its a better sohc vtec head.

Howdy. I have a 96 civic 4 door. Are there other hondas that came with a d15b vtec motor? Thanks.

ive got a d15 16 valve no-vtec and i was wondering honestly how hard is the vtec to wire up? ive got the directions but never talked to any body thats actually done it

u should do a throttle body, maybe a chip too. theres tons of ****!!!
