as far as the size goes iv seen 19s on a civic before but he had some hard as rock sport suspension backing those wheels. so if youre thinking of going big just watch the turns in youre car and watch out for the high ways on and off ramps. i have 15s on my civic and they rub when i try and go through turns but i take turns prity quick and i have a stock suspension which i need to change.

17's are good but 16's are better depending on the wheels and how low you are

well it all really depends on the shocks youre ridding on. when im out club racing i take turns like im on crack you should see some of the pictures ill try and get them posted but the lean on my car is insane some people sware i was about to rool my car through this one turn. those 15s but the hole wheel and tire is more like a 17.5 and there are some prity bare spots on the inside of the wheel well. but other than that im happy i could help you out and take it slow and safe.

I am running 17's on my 98 civic...Konigs are good wheels and slap you a set of toyos proxes on them and it will handle fine with factory suspension. No clearence issues with mine at all when turning.
