Doable, I've been running 17's on my si for the past 2 year, no rub, of course no stock suspension, 3inch drop in rear and 2inch in front, but once the motor's fixed I'll be swapping to 16's to get a lil more tire on there, dam potholes out here along with the dam rail tracks don't do my rims anygood rolling on low pro's got 2 bent rims.

P.S. I'm getting 300 miles to the tank, with a mix of both freeway and city driving running on 3 cylinders

this is how my uncle put it.. on 17" rims ur gunna have to get low profile tires.. low profile tires only last about 30ish thousand mile compared to normal profile tires last about 60ish thousand miles..soo is this gunna be your everyday car? if it is i would adivise go wit the 16s so u dont have to put tires on it like every year and a half or so..if its jus gunna be a weekend car go ahead and put 17s on it.. i personally think thou that 16s look better on hondas cuz they are small cars

I had 17s on my 95 civic. They seem to be a little too wide so I sold them. Also they were really heavy. I don't think I will get anything bigger than 16in. when I buy new rims.

i've been lookin for toyo but no luck
