Anything will void a warrenty but only parts of it. Like if you get a intake and the motor goes bad they will blame it on that. If you lower it and the shocks go bad they blame it on that. I work at a Honda Dealer, I know how it works.

If you buy a certified one there are a few things that you can do that will not void the warranty...but you have to buy the listed parts from the listed manufacturers...
Just ask your dealer for a list of approved modifications...I got one when I bought my 02 Civic.
