Default just got a 99 si

i just bought my first 99 si and this thing is a phat azz ride. im the 2nd owner and it is in mint condition.all my friends love it and i do too.id like to mod it but i want to keep the value up at its finest.do they hold there value if you do minor mods.
oh and another thing. i picked picked this car up dirt cheap.like 4000$ cheap

Welcome to the club!

You did get a good deal.

If you want to try to keep the value up just keep all the stock parts that you pull off. That way when you try to sell it you can put all the stock parts back on.

Honda's depreciate less than all others, but they do still depreciate. So dont think it will stay that way forever.

Nice, Eyes is right, definatly keep your stock parts if you plan on reselling. The easiest, and IMO one of the most significant mods is wheels and tires, although it is a little expensive if you are into handling in looks its worth it, and its really easy to put the stock wheels back on.

I went for gun metal with chrome center and lip (well, "machined").... I like the look too

Do they hold there value?!

Come on man its a honda. Retail on 99-00 Si's are around the 10K territory.

Private party value is just over 8K. (depending on mileage and condition of the car)

That's not bad for an 8 year old car.
