anyways, this remids me of my last auto-x, it was very hot out (course work was painful), and these guys were all turning their cars off, spraying their intercoolers, slicks, popping their hoods, etc. Racing to prep their car for the next run.


I put my car in neutral, turned on the radio, and cranked the A/C. Personally that is one of those days where I was glad that I was an novice.

And the last time I fueled up it averaged 38.91 mpg!

wow, I would love to have milage like that, but then again my gas costs don't hurt me too bad, I'm in the low 20s now, but even low 20s on premium aren't that bad because I only fuel up once or twice a month.

If I was putting a lot of miles on the car there would be no way I could afford 20mpg on 93 octane.

btw, do you have one of those gas station credit cards? Right now my dad has a BP one and it gives him 10% off.
