There should be a recommended tire pressure sticker in your drivers door jam. It also depends on what kind of ride you want. Higher the air pressure the harder the ride. Don't over exceed the recommended tire pressure however, this is located on the tire sidewall. I keep mine on the high side because I run a 40 series tire, helps not to bend rims.

Here's somewhere to start- take the weight of the car, divide by 100, add 2 psi to all tires, and 2 more to the heavy end(engine).
Example-DC2 Integra weighs about 2600 lbs. 2600/100 = 26 +2 = 28+2=30 front, 28 rear. It's not perfect but is a starting point. If your tires are signifigantly different from stock, forget about the reccomended door jam pressures. They won't work |
