Default Help

I just put an OBD2 B16B motor that has been converted to OBD0 into an 88 civic hatch. The car will start and idle fine but will not rev past 3500 RPM in any gear. In my car I keep getting code 4 - crank angle sensor. If I move the ecu into another OBD0 civic no codes show up. I have also moved the distributor to the other car and it runs fine but when put back on the b16b i keep getting code 4. I am thinking it is in the wiring between the ecu and the distributor. Any thoughts?
