Sweet!!! One more question on rims... what is the widest and safest I can go for the front on my Civic. I ask this question because a few years back in high school me and my friend swapped his rims out on his 88 Integra... We were driving around for a while and got off the free way, and when we were about to stop.... he had no brake pressure, so we pulled the parking brake but we were still too late. We ended up about 3 car lengths into a strawberry field. It ended up his tires rubbed his brake lines. I REALLY don't want to do that with my car... Please Lemme know.

I wouldnt go with anything wider than 8"...I have 17 X 8's and they work fine!

You can always put on some stainless steel brakelines and route them to a safer location if you are still concerned.

I think tire rack lists at 4x100... and i have seen from 35 to 42mm offset... hit the sites that have the auto select feature - it will show you the pattern and the offset.
