I got a 1999 honda civic Ex 60K miles automatic trans....Can an automatic be fast or worth fixing up????Need Feedback

you can definitely hook up an automatic...manual trans will just free up a little more power for ya. but if funding is an issue right now, just do the normal bolt-on stuff like intake, header, and exhaust. it all depends on how deep your pockets are, and how far you're willing to go.
