Don't put the chip in, there are so many more upgrades you could put that money towards. Chips wont do anything to a Civic unless it's extremely modded with turbo. Keep the stock chips and start modding that Engine block, or add some bolt-ons.

pezz is right...most chips are a waste of money...and if its one of those ebay chips its a waste of money on anything...
the best way to wet your appetite is to start with an intake...from there the rest is all yours...

i see your only modification is CAi,you should upgrade your exhaust because even you got bigger intake,engine cannot take what cannot go thrught the small exhaust.If you make these two basic modifications then its recommened to upgrade the ECU because it manage how much air to intake to the cylinder and how much to secrete.But its a liitle problem with instaling performance chip to Honda engine.there are two possible ways:1.piggyback-little computer before ECU(it changes informations which come into ECU) 2.new chip-the best way in my opinion
