Define reasonable. Since Honda is incorporating their keys and the security system, it may be very expensive. You will need the locks, wiring, ECU, key, and all of the locks, as well as any other parts that are needed to actuate the system. There is a chance that the ECU will need to be reprogramed (though if you get a key and ECU that came from the same car, you probably won't need that done). Or, Honda may be able to cut you a new key that works with the correct ECU, which will save you the trouble of swapping all the locks. Or you can have your ECU reprogrammed by Honda to read the key fob. It's a lot of work because of all of the safety systems in today's cars. What year Element do you have? You may be able to avoid most of those hassles if it's old enough.
