i plan on putting a sony deck in my car but im not sure on the colour codes for the wires to run from the car harness to the sony harness
i have a 91 hatch anybody know the colour codes or a site i can get them from thanks

well i was just going to use the conversion harness cause thats the easy part but i just recently purchased the car and it didnt have the stock harness plug which i forgot to mention when i posted it, so the owner before hardwired it in and i havent had the chance to make to a scrapyard yet to look for the proper harness plug

Thats your best bet...of course the wires from the stereo are diagramed on the stereo.

Radio Constant 12V+ Wire: White/Yellow
Radio Switched 12V+ Wire: Yellow/Red
Radio Ground Wire: Black
Radio Illumination Wire: Red/Black
Radio Power Antenna Trigger Wire: Yellow/White
Left Front Speaker Wire (+): Blue/Green
Left Front Speaker Wire (-): Gray/Black
Right Front Speaker Wire (+): Red/Green
Right Front Speaker Wire (-): Brown/Black
Left Rear Speaker Wire (+): Blue/Yellow
Left Rear Speaker Wire (-): Gray/White
Right Rear Speaker Wire (+): Red/Yellow
Right Rear Speaker Wire (-): Brown/White

I think thats right? I dunno its been a while since I've had to hard wire a radio... Did that on my 87 CRX Si
