well iv checked all of my grounds and there fine on the inside of the car i dont know my way around the engine just yet not exactly the easiest thing to take apart clean and put back together you know what i mean. ok i was looking at the power wire that goes to the capacitor the "life line" basicly for the hole operation and i was listening to the speakers as it was grounding when i had the cap off the head set connector for the aux and it was acting in sync with the acelerating speaker funtion you know when the car goes faster the speakers get louder and i was thinking that it has to be the deck and there was a back surge and i fried some circuits in the deck and now some of the cicuits are crossed when i droped the wrench on the speaker wires but this is where it get tricky i dropped the wrench right on the spot where the wires connect to the amp when that happened the subs went sillent i turned the car off and started it up again and it made the noise but i went and replaced the amp so now the only piece of serious equipment that is still in the cars the deck and these two things were the only things that i had but heres the real problem with the deck being the problem how do i explain that the deck is friend and non repairable and get it replaced under the guidline of the warranty that i have on it

That noise that you are hearing is the alternator noise. It usually happens with bad grounds. Just try to change the grounds under the hood and the grounds on the amp as well. If it still makes noise you can change the alternator and that should fix the problem the right way.
The cheap way to fix it that works half the time is using a ground loop isolator that hooks up on the RCA jacks. They usually run for around $10 to $15. Good Luck and I hope it fixes your problem.
