I'm actually about to remove my system all together. Just leaving the stereo and stock speakers. No subs,No tweeters. Partly for the weight reduction and partly for my hearing.

lol, just kidding, my dad's in his 50s and he still runs 12 miles, bikes 30 or swims a few miles every morning, then drives his s2k in the afternoon.

of course, he spends 1/3 of his year in hotels in California, Florida, etc. working with clients, so he has to work out that much to stay in shape and be able to eat out all the time.

well I got three daughters....5,3 and 1.5...so I stay physically in good shape!

I'm 39, and listen to mine loud at times. The problem is with my system coming in at 148.8 dbs on the meter, my hears and head usally start to throb.
