Hondas blocks can take 400 hp without a single problem. Some B-engines can even handle 500 when built correctly. But that requires a new bottom end and lots of money. 8 psi (~100+ hp increase) is what the stock psitons can handle though.

If you are trying to surpass this limit, I would reccomend Cosworth parts. They are the best out there, by far, but very expensive. Eagle rods and JP Pistons are less expensive but aso vey good.

Ok well the most hands on I get is putting on mud flaps and a strut bar....lol

I am looking into getting a turbo for my Honda Accord 04 EX 4 cylinder coupe, What can you recommend for someone like me?

Should I get the stuff and take it to a place to install it for me? or have them do it all?

If I am going to do it, I want it done Right, so cost is in mind but never to sacrifice the engine or performance quality!!!

^^^Buy a turbo kit and have a tuning shop install it. This guide is for those who want to DIY. If cost is no object, then buying a kit will save a lot of headaches and have everything you need in it.
