Well here's the thing: boost is always fluctuating with temperature, air pressure, humidity, fuel, etc. 20 psi is a lot of power for an FWD car (and not reasonable. The EVO runs 19 psi but that engine is also built from the ground up to handle it reliably). But that sounds like it will run you around 400 hp. At that point, you will need some fat injectors, big fuel lines, forged pistons, forged connecting rods, and some good tuning. And the suspension and chassis will need to be well sorted too. If this is in question of the Integra you keep talking about, then 20 psi is way out of your budget. The motor work will cost you an amr and a leg (more than the price of the car), gas will be killer, and so will repairs. Remember that all of Honda's best blocks are aluminum, which does not hold up as well under boost as iron (such as in the EVO's. That's why some people can make 1000 hp with the factory block). When you start getting above this power level, you will need a new block and new crankshaft. And parts will become much more expensive. And the number of people competent enough to work on the car becomes much lower. 250 horsepower will be enough to keep you happy, trust me.

Article has been edited to include a simplified parts list. If I have forgotten anything, PM and I will add it.
Also, here is the SCC editorial I mentioned in one of the replies. Maybe I can change the world, one blogger at a time. Boost VS. Flow - Sport Compact Car Magazine

My Sil-Eighty is now running 14 psi of boost. I haven't timed the 0-60 yet, but I'm thinking under 6 seconds. And that's in an FR.
