Their all about shaping you and your car to be the best they can be. Take it out on a country road where the speed limit is 65 but you will never go above it just becuase of the layout. Where you can drive fast, but not stupid. And at the end of the day ride on your buddy who's girlfriend started screaming. Its not about racing, or true speed, or squealing tires. Its about learning, learning your tires limits, cursing at your suspension, and enjoying a country road in the summer with your buds. Thats true touge to me.

Touge has always been about relaxing for me. Enjoying the weather, the subtle bends and bumps in the road. Bonding with the car and learning its limits. When you pull off that perfect apex... You just know...

nice! I'm definitely ALL about a relaxing drive with the windows down and breathing the cleanliness of the mountain side, especially after a nice rain.

Hey those cars can handle too. It just takes a lot more work. Mod for mod, eventually a V8 car does become faster. Remember, the Mustang has the same suspension design as the AE-86. It's just a good deal heavier and with twice the power (and weight isn't always a bad thing. The extra size makes the Mustang more stable). Some Camaros even have IRS so they can handle better than an 86. It's just not what the American OE's designed for.

Imports typically handle better and but saying American cars cant handle is like saying all Imports are Ricers.. Just sterotyping...
