Accord with a TURBO stock? - HondaClub.com

lately I've been hearing a lot of hardcore Honda people around school, work, and other forums talking about the new 2008 Accord coming with an option of a turbo stock. Is this true or are these people mislead?

They might be talking about it because of the RDX's engine.

The guy at the Acura dealer told us that he was sure that the TSX will get the turbo RDX engine.

The TSX is very similar to the accord

Its possible, maybe for the next gen 4-cyl accord.

wait for Hondas press release before passing along the information as fast. 08 is a good bit off and Honda has tight wraps on everything.

in Europe they have a TURBO DIESEL honda but nothing else...i would just wait to hear it from a reliable source (HONDA TUNINING, HONDA, etc.)

temple of VTEC has been doing good with Hondas new stuff lately as well.

if they made a stock honda with turbo, tat would be sweet. just buy it in stick. then add on a cold air intake, possible new exhaust, turbo timer, and maybe some body adjustments, and it would be one awsome ride

My dad test drove it, I went with him, he drove it on the test drive harder than he drives the s2k, it has amazing grip for a SUV, and impressive power.

Waiting list is long though for the tech pack, and if you're going to get an RDX you might as well go all out and get the tech pack.

btw, he got confused by the paddle shifters
