Having problem with tack needle jumping around and then staying at 0, my check engine light is also on I'm wondering if this why I've already turned it off and restarted the car twice to reset the ecu. The cel came on again. What could my problem be? How do I check the connection?

Also is there a recall site?

I found a recall list for you the site is...1997 Honda Accord Recalls, Defects, & Safety Problems at Automotive.com

But I have no idea why your tac would be doing that I'm not good with electrical stuff.
