Hello my question is ...how do I replace the signal lamps for a 1997 honda accord? please help

The lenses are just screwed in. There are probably screws on the ouside, and some that are hidden in the bumper. If you need to replace th wiring too, just find where it clips into the rest of the harness and unclip it. You might need a small headed screwdriver. The bulbs themselves just pull straight out.
